Founded in 2020 in Anuradhapura, and deliberately kept small. The trade-off is that we turn work away; the return is that the person who priced your job is the person standing on it.

A small crew, careful work.
Design Eleven was founded in 2020 by Isuru Thilakarathne after years working on residential and commercial sites across Sri Lanka. The decision to start independently came from a simple frustration: too many projects were being managed by people who weren't actually on site.
Today we are a small, owner-led crew. Our principal is at every site visit, every key decision, every handover. We do not take on more projects than we can supervise properly — that is the trade-off, and it is one we are happy to make.
How we actually work.
We finish what we start.
Abandoned sites are common here. We do not add to the count.
Site is sacred.
Crew on time, site left clean, and whatever is already there protected.

Itemised in writing. Variations priced and approved before the work, never after.
