Measurement, bills of quantities and an independent price check on someone else's estimate. No construction attached.

Building Construction & Repair
New builds, extensions, and structural repairs — residential and commercial.
Ground-up construction and repair work for homes, commercial properties, and any structure that needs building or restoring. We handle the full scope — foundations, superstructure, finishes, and everything between.
Repair and renovation work is treated with the same rigour as new builds. We assess the existing structure honestly, scope only what's needed, and carry it out to a standard we'd put our name on.

Steel Fabrication
Custom steelwork — gates, grilles, staircases, structural elements, balustrades.
In-house steel fabrication for both our own builds and standalone client jobs. From decorative gates and grilles to structural elements like steel staircases, mezzanines, and balustrades.
We design, fabricate in our workshop, and install on site. Materials are sourced to spec — mild steel, stainless, galvanised — with appropriate finishes for the environment.

Plumbing services across residential and commercial — from new installations during a build to upgrades, repairs, and complete system renewals in existing properties.
We handle hot and cold water systems, drainage, sanitary fixtures, and hot-water solutions. Work is coordinated with electrical and structural trades on multi-discipline projects.

Titanium Work
Titanium floor finishes — a smooth, high-strength, seamless surface for modern interiors.
A specialised modern flooring technique that blends titanium dioxide powder or liquid polymer additives with cement mortar to produce a smooth, high-strength surface finished semi-gloss or full gloss. The result is a sleek, seamless concrete floor with none of the joint lines a tiled surface carries.
We prepare the base slab, lay and cure the titanium-modified mortar, then grind and polish to the finish specified. Popular in contemporary residential and commercial interiors where a tiled or timber floor would read as busy against clean architecture.

Design
Architectural and interior design — from concept drawings to construction-ready documentation.
Design services for residential and commercial projects — concept development, space planning, architectural drawings, and interior specification. We produce designs that are buildable, not just presentable.
Because our design team works alongside our build team, drawings are detailed and practical. Less rework on site, fewer surprises, and a result that matches the intent.

Do you provide free site visits and estimates?
Yes. The first site visit and the resulting written estimate are free, regardless of whether you proceed. We commit time upfront because honest scoping is the foundation of an honest project.How are payments structured?
Project payments are milestone-based, not time-based. The full schedule is agreed in writing before work starts — typically tied to foundation, structure, finishes, and handover. No upfront full payment.Do you handle drawings and council approvals?
We work with your architect and engineer if you have them, or recommend trusted partners. We can manage council submission and approval coordination as part of the build scope when needed.What's the typical lead time before you can start?
From the day a quote is accepted, we typically start within 2–6 weeks. The exact window depends on our current project load — we keep a maximum of 2–3 active sites at any time.Do you take projects outside Western Province?
Yes, on a case-by-case basis. Travel and site logistics are factored into the quote, and we're transparent about what's reasonable for the project size. Reach out and we'll be honest about whether we're the right fit.What happens after handover if there are issues?
Every project has an agreed defects period during which we address any issues at no extra cost. Beyond that, structural elements carry warranties as per industry standards, documented in your handover package.
